Early years — Building the relationship network
Started with relationships, not software
HyrEzy began as a boutique recruitment firm focused on tech and product companies in Delhi NCR. Built a deep passive network through direct relationships — not job board sourcing. Early placements at funded startups and IT companies across NCR.

As mandate volume grew, the same problem appeared on every role — hundreds of applications, 73% irrelevant, 38% inflated CVs. Clients were waiting too long. Recruiters were burning out on manual screening. The industry's tooling wasn't solving it.

The decision to build was deliberate. No existing ATS or AI recruitment tool solved the real problem — simultaneous active + passive sourcing, mandate-specific scoring, personalised candidate outreach and joining risk prediction. Vantage was built from scratch to do all four.
